    Lost in all of this is that Isan Diaz is supposedly coming back to the team. Two questions: has he been playing with the alternate team and will he need to before coming up? And second, do we really even want him to come back and play over Berti?

    I want to see him get proper at bats in, and I believe he's been playing at the alternate site but have no idea.

    Did anyone else get the feeling the other night that Edwin Diaz left the game early because Mets didn't have any one warming up and the Mets wanted to buy some time without any more damage from Diaz?
