If he is in the lineup, Mattingly makes a donation to the Braves, donating an out every nine plate appearances.

So I wasn’t really able to catch the game.

 

How were the announcers today?

Dickerson in the leadoff spot is the worst. Bertie should be the table setter. If we don't see Berti leading off tomorrow Im sure Joyce will start as well

The whole scheduling of times and tv channels for this series has been a joke by MLB.

FS1 was airing some random show and it was on the MLB network which I don't get as part of my cable package. I even paid for the full season from MLB.com's site but still couldn't see it.  bullshit. zero excuse.

 

side note - I see Acuna k'd 4 times today.  I guess since K's don't count we still didn't get him out?

Lewis yes, Monte no. 

I think the analysis is very simple... we already knew the Braves had a better offense than us so the only way to defeat them was to outpitch them. But so far they've outpitched us. There's not much else to it.

With that said, Sixto tomorrow, the Braves starting pitching gets more iffy with each game, and this team has been all about resiliency. 

The chances of winning the series now of course are low but it wouldn't really shock me if these guys got it to a game 5. And of course from there anything is possible.

If they do get that far, there’s a decent chance Friday and/or Saturdays games might get delayed due to that hurricane. Not sure if that helps us or them more.

I get your obsession for Donnie, but it's not very practical. Joyce over Brinson, is like picking which grandma over the age of 100.  

Brinson went 0-3 yesterday, then was PH for Joyce who had a hit in his place. 

Your exposing yourself to a blind hatred for Donnie at this point.  

Maybe you're genuine. But how great this season was, its a bad time to start finger pointing, just to prove a point.  

I'm  just a newbie so it might not sit well with others here with my post, but whatever, it's hard enough swallowing a 2 playoff losses and reading a post that is geared to bring negativity. Can we just get through the season first.
