Mike taking out Gus as well is far more logical, as the Mexican "Hospital" would be the primary reason. Jesse helped Mike in that hospital, which shows me Gus isn't as loyal as Mike thinks. I believe the colors of the Miami Marlins are in this image, and the Orange being discussed is just a mixture of the Red and Yellow in there, same with the green being a mixture of the blue and yellow. In all fairness, he probaly wanted to go home. The teams losing, he's old. It probably was eating at him his career is gonna end like this and he said he was coming here to play not lead. He probably was also cut to sign with a team in the playoff an get on the roster in case of an injury or to finish his career with Seattle a's a last hurrah. I like the last 2 week thing better then a one day contract ceremonial thing.

Quite honestly, I don't see what the big deal is. They aren't leaving town. This isn't the last game at Fenway Park or a historic stadium. They are leaving a football stadium that was usually 80% empty for most games and it wasn't even theirs. The last game should be a celebration because now they'll have their own stadium, which will be one of the best in the league. Because it's the last game of the Florida Marlins and the stadium, which wasn't theirs, still held some amazing memories. To each his own. Its the last game of the season in a crappy stadium. I'd rather spend the Sunday watching the NFL than watching the a team that is 30 games out of first place. I will be very excited for the opener next April. It's a Wednesday. I'll add to it. It's a end of September day, even if it was a Sunday or even Monday what NFL game warrants your attention over your favorite MLB team playing in it's 19 year old home. Even a Yankee Fan probably watched Shea go down in the last game, and any MLB fan who was able to watched Yankee have the lights turn off.

everyone who's supposedly seen the logos/unis are saying they're terrible so, what other choice do Marlins fans have? we've gotta expect the worst and hope for anything that isn't vomit inducing did you ever ask that dude how exactly it ruins the identity?? To me when someone says it looks like a Circus Meets Halloween, I know exactly how it ruins the idenity. Too many colors and not enough commitment to one color. I expect a uniform set like the Rangers, with a Blue and Red Alternate and two different Idenitys, but some current mets mixed in (Black for black sake, drop shadows, Blue and Orange). I even expect a BP that's a completely different f***ing color, like Kelly green or Yellow.
