I think the Miami Marlins Cap should look like this!

Featured Replies

I've been a fan of the history of the Miami Marlins history and was very excited about the name change that is taking place. That will also mean new logo, colors, and uniforms?!!! Oh joy!!!!

Here's an old Miami Marlins cap in the current Marlins colorway.

Thanks

I love our logo now, and I wish they would just put the same fish on a black M instead of an F when they have to change it. I like the font of that M pictured up there, I think that would look good.

All of you are right about the old feel. That is the purpose. Using the old cap design brings the spirit of Miami Baseball to the New Marlins. I love sports history and think that the Miami Marlins history should be explored though the current club. Heck Satchel Page pitched for the old Marlins!!!! History!!!!!

Anyway thanks for the replies and there has to be some more old style ball cap lovers out there..........right?

Custom Miami Marlins Caps

Personally, I don't like the orange blue color combination, heck those are mets colors. ( I only like orange and blue in college football Go Gators!!!)

But the hat with the fish and bat in fin is sweet looking. If i saw it for sale i would buy it. And i also agree with incorporating old school flavor of Miami Baseball into the new logo. It is important to never forget your roots they should be embraced and not forgotten.

ugghh, that custom orange and blue hat looks almost exactly like the Mets' hat

The Marlins wore the first cap during the 1957 season.
