4/25 Post Game

Such a shame to waste two good (one great, one good) starts in a row.

At least we made it interesting and came a split second delay in Cody's swing to winning, I guess?

If this losing streak doesn't end soon it'll screw the team up for the whole season(mentally I mean) :hanged .

Our only hope for a w tommorow is a CG from taylor. But that he could probaly throw 9 shutout innings and wed still lose cause we cant hit moyer.

I have such a bad taste in my mouth right now.

-This team hasn't really played well since the Atlanta series.

-Our record is 5-6 agaist teams not named the Nationals.

-Not only were two fantastic starting pitching outings wasted, but two nights with excellent crowds and they went home heartbroken.

This team sucks right now. But guess what? It's April 25th. We're still in first place. Losing streaks are part of the game.

Credit to BC. When I saw the 3-2 pitch out the hand I thought it was going to be a K, but real good job of taking it.

Hated pulling Leo for pinto but it worked. Hated putting Kensing in and it didn't work. Also really don't understand PHing Helms for Hermida which really could have come back to bite us.

Oh well.

i am going to e fish.....if kensing isnt out of here soon i will become a met fan....yea eff that but still get kensing the hell outta here! and our closer has 2 b consistent brad lidge gott in trouble but at least he got out of it!

Great, another waste of a good outing by one of our pitchers. The pen is still a big pile of sh*t, I see.

Let's just hope the starters can pitch a complete game from now on. :thumbup

Well this f***ing sucks. I'm not trying to bury us yet, but with what seems to be such a close NL East race this year, THESE are the wins we need to be collecting right now.

Our bullpen makes my heart sad. :tissue

Fredi Gonzalez FTL.

This.

And can Kensing be sent down please? I'm tired of seeing his ass fail night after night.

Your wish was granted. He just got DFA'd

Not when we have most of them on pitch counts....

Two absolutely brutal losses.

As Tommy Hutton put it, these could've really served notice to the Phils that we're for real this season & can handle them. Instead they got the better of us and left us with all kinds of bullpen questions.

Join us next week for a brand new show on VHI: Fredi in Bullpen of Love. No matter his decision, it is wrong!

Tough, heartbreaking loss. And I think we will need to use the BP again tomorrow. Unless Graham is 100% lights out, he will probably pitch 5, maybe 6 innings.

that wasnt really a meltdown though we played well until the last two and it was nunez first save chance.......that being said logan kensing blew this game as he normally does and now im glad hes gone finally.....he was never consistent nor good for an extended period........hope for a miracle tomorrow and end this slide as we just blew our chance to really take a nice division lead.
