It will be interesting to see how the ball carries in the new park. Based on the dimensions I would not be surprised if it becomes one of the worst hitters parks in baseball.

 

What will be even more interesting is to see if that even hurts Stanton. His power is so great (that home run tracker site proved that Stanton had the most no-doubters and least cheap shots out of anyone in baseball last year). It will be cool if he puts up 40+ home runs playing in a bad home run park.

Keith Law made his own rankings for top players under 25. Stanton came in 3rd behind Justin Upton and Andrew McCutchen.

Nothing will change until Loria is gone. All sportswriters pretty much have it in for him because he "pockets money" and "steals money from local taxpayers."

 

He will forever be seen as a villain in their eyes.
