GoFishGoMs628
The Marlins can come back from behind and win but can't hold the lead and win it seems. I hate division losses and i hate losses to the Phillies and I hate errors and I hate blown games.

yokofox33
Rough loss. Hopefully we'll bounce back in Washington.
Hotcorner
i don't even feel like posting. oops. let that one get away. bad error, and then bullpen couldn't come through tonight. yes I realize they've done it a lot, but this is the team you have to demonstrate you can beat. some god-awful changeups there late. MarlinKidd101
What is the Marlin's record in games before off-days?
GoFishGoMs628
Can we assume we would have won if Gaby didn't make that error... I suppose we can't. Or if Dunn hadn't given up the HR. Or if Leo didn't implode (was bound to happen, he still has been normally good.)
HitDaCycle
Helms...he was playing tonight and we lost...it wasn't his fault, just seems like he's bad luck to us. But seriously, we got a great break when Schnieder got hurt and didn't score. Hanley was looking pretty good earlier in the game, with a home run. We had this game and we just let it slip by. That's extremely frustrating. I hate losing but I hate losing more to the Phillies.

canada-marlin24
man after buck grounded into the double play i think many of us knew we were screwed. even when leo got the 2nd out it was rollins who was 0-4 on the night and ready to kill us with that gap in his teeth that i would love to punch. lost the last two series and the bullpen has been pretty sh*tty. i cant even get mad cuz this happens year after year. and we also need logan back immediately. Every team goes into a slump once in a while. They just need to get this day off badly and regroup.

Yea I'm going to go back to setting my expectations to a 3rd place finish let people continue to tell me the Braves have a more solid starting rotation and that there is no way the Phillies WON'T win the division... It's easier being happily surprised than being upset and disappointed.

There's about 13 other teams in the league that would kill to be 21-15.

dom2613
On a good note, great swings by Hanley tonight. Looked much better. Mike had some good swings too. Cogs on the other hand rolled over everything but Lee is tough. That Buck DP really hurt. Also Vicotorino always seems to come up big vs us. TrustN61
we just are in the class of philly yet. Whatever it is we can't get over the hump. I think the excitement factor was high bc of the great start but now it might be leveling off where we should be.

OnTopOfPhils
On to the road, where we play best! Once lomo is back and hanley catches fire, this team will rock.

Volstad, Sanchez, Vazquez are pitching that series. 2 of 3 will depend on Volstad's performace on friday, Sunday I assume would be an automatic loss. fanofthefish
$h!+ Happens, they need to regroup and get it done in Washington. Hopefully a day off and LoMo will be just what the doctor ordered.
