It was supposed to be a great season. It turned to crap. It happens and more often than you'd think. You don't see Boston fans jumping ship because their organization is pretty much in anarchy at this point. Our expectations were high and when they're high and this happens, it's a sucker punch. Worse than the movie Sucker Punch. But you'll live. Hopefully, the management learned lessons about PR moves over smart player moves, and if not, *shrugs* maybe change has to happen. But if they even make half the changes and firings all of the angry fans are suggesting, I can guarantee you next season will be worse. But I'll still be here. What, am I going to jump ship to the Rockies? The Royals? You guys want to know what Hell is, watch the blank stares of Royals fans watching their games out of pure habit after they've been buried in April.

As far as I'm concerned, 4th place means absolutely nothing to me. If anything, it would be very fitting if they finish last. Here's hoping they don't win another game and end up with the best possible draft pick now.
