November 14, 201213 yr Giancarlo Stanton @Giancarlo818 Alright, I'm pissed off!!! Plain & Simple It's was nice to know you GIancarlo. What? You don't think the Marlins will give him a nice extended contract? /s
November 14, 201213 yr I'd refuse every contract offered to me by the Marlins if I were Stanton. Make a point that this kind of crap won't stand.

November 14, 201213 yr i dont know why this is happening or being allowed to happen. every time the marlins do this its like they purposely try to see how low they can make your jaw drop. i cannot believe they traded buehrle and reyes.
November 14, 201213 yr I've defended previous payroll dumps made by this team (especially the Hanley trade). Now I just give up. This is pathetic.
November 14, 201213 yr Can the MLB actually step in and do something? They took the Expos from Loria, didn't they?
November 14, 201213 yr Yea this is pretty sh*tty. The more I think about it the less I can defend this organization. Loria just made Jeff Ireland look like a genius in comparison... lol

November 14, 201213 yr Can the MLB actually step in and do something? They took the Expos from Loria, didn't they? No, he sold the Expos to MLB and in the same transaction bought the Marlins from John Henry, who then bought the Red Sox. Anyway, with the new ballpark they really don't have any excuses... This is nuts.

This is nuts. Oh, OK. Well, sell the Marlins to the MLB, Loria. Maybe we can get a competent owner to take over.
November 14, 201213 yr I really hope MLB rejects the trade. Reject the trade, and bring some legal ramifications to the organization. I'm so fed up with this.
November 14, 201213 yr At this point can we even be bothered to believe Stanton will be offered any money? The organization fights for a new stadium, gets it, puts up an attempt to have a winner for half a season then dumps everyone.
November 14, 201213 yr Oh, man, imagine if The Franchise was still running ... I'd LOVE to see Stanton raging right now.
November 14, 201213 yr Author Selig will have to approve the deal because of the amount of money transferring, I think.
