Well remember -- Tino's leave was a resignation, and it was well justified. I don't think it's a revolving door at hitting coach so much as it is a revolving door franchise.

The Marlins organization needs to infuse a whole new approach to hitting altogether and he would be the right one to get it done

I dont see the marlins hiring Mcrae after Tino had to resign because of behavior issues.
