April 29, 201610 yr Dietrich is in my top 3 favorite Marlins (1. Capps 2. Yelich 3. Dietrich) for a good reason. He's had problems with ownership yet he's still been a great teammate and rode the bench even though he's been pretty successful when given chances. He's a true under dog that I want to see succeed.

April 29, 201610 yr Nobody else concerned with Bour and Dietrich in the lineup everyday? That's a lot of AB's with a .250 average and maybe 15 HR power over the course of a season (I think Bour overachieved last year in terms of dingers).

April 29, 201610 yr Dietrich has actually been looking pretty good at 3rd so far, prefer to keep him there and move Prado to 2nd. Prado is a plug in play guy who has played 2nd well and will team up better with Hech. Like the idea of Rojas coming in for Derek for defense late innings and also spelling him with lefties. There is Chris Johnson too. Really rooting for Dietrich to turn this into a positive. Have always liked his bat, and go get em demeanor. He's never turned sour with his heretofore role. This is his big chance and I hope he grabs it.
April 29, 201610 yr I don't think they move Prado to second. He may play a few games there perhaps when DD is out of the lineup against lefties but he's an aging veteran and 2b causes more wear and tear on the body than 3b. I think Prado continues to play at 3b most of the time. Let's see what the alignment looks like tonight
April 29, 201610 yr Dietrich will fit in perfectly. He's MLB ready. I was loving him in ST. Hope he plays 3b though so he can develop and establish himself there for our future.
