August 7, 20168 yr If a team is in last place and cuts a player, why would a team that's in playoff contention want him? ...because he is better than moving Phelps to the rotation and relying on Dunn.
August 7, 20168 yr ...because he is better than moving Phelps to the rotation and relying on Dunn. He hasn't started a game this year and his WHIP is over 1.4. BB/9 is 4.4 while his K/9 is 6.9. We have no use for him, especially, again, if a last place team such as the Diamondbacks decided he wasn't worth keeping around.
