March 26, 20215 yr Author Diamond Dynasty is a big mode, it is the a favorite mode for a lot of people. I enjoy it in spurts. If you're going to play it though, getting free packs and stubs is a good way to begin your team there.

You can play against the CPU in all kinds of challenges and events to earn packs and legendary type players. I found that a lot more fun than online play in DD.

I'll say that's what I did for years, but once I got a better TV (and suddenly realized my old TV had bad lag), then I went from struggling in All-Star mode to winning regularly in Legend mode. That's when I started playing online regularly.
March 27, 20215 yr After staying away from DD because it was intimidating I dove in in 19 and it's an absolute blast but you need to commit a lot of time to get the best out of it, almost daily actually. If you're willing to do that go for it. If you're more likely to play other modes and just dabble in DD here and there I wouldn't even bother with it. It's very much an all or nothing mode.

March 30, 20215 yr After unlocking Mantle in 20, I have no further desire to do DD anytime soon. This is a skip year for me anyway, so hopefully 22 takes advantage of the PS5 even more.

They can no longer offer it via Game Pass at any time and then Xbox owners have to buy it anyway. Though it'll likely be discounted by that point.

I think the least amount of time a game has been on Game Pass is 4 months. Even if it’s only 2 months, it will be cheaper to buy by then. April 6, 20215 yr Pretty unlikely that the game will be below $70 in two or three months. What this does though is gets more people in the door, which is exactly what they want. MLB 22 will have a ton more sales because MLB 21 was accessible. It's a good move.
