Very true. Hoyt and Brinson could both end up in AAA ...

But there's also Anthony Bender that we have to look at now.

Miami Herald (Mish & Jackson article) stated we could go with 9 relief pitchers this season, at least at the beginning.

They said there are seven spots essentially locked in with Bass, Garcia, Floro, Curtiss, Detwiler, Cimber, and Bleier.

Leaves a spot (or two) for Hoyt, Bender, Pop, and Campbell.

Bender does also have minor league options though, so ... we'll see.

Also have to contend with the Gio Gonzalez signing.
