I think he's done it mostly out of respect so far because we know Sandy doesn't want to come out but I think Sandy is going to be on a shorter leash within the next few starts. Also, I'd like to see Skip pair him with Fortes and see how that goes too for a change.

Sorry just have to:

Stallings is unplayable. Can't control the running game, not even going to mention his bat.

He blocks balls in the dirt? Ok cool.

He calls a good game? is pitch calling data driven at this point? If not, the way he handled Cabrera the other day was a joke.

This. Guy. Can. Not. Play. DFA his ass

Yea I don't think this is on Sandy anymore, this is now on Skip allowing Sandy to get too deep. I appreciate and love that Sandy is a bulldog and wants to finish all his starts. It's now up to Skip to figure out when to pull him and right now the time is sooner than later until Sandy can prove himself again. Right now it feels like Skip is just saying "oh it's Sandy leave him out there no matter what."

Again, I think this is a trial period and Skip won't be continuing this much, if any, longer. He doesn't strike me as the type who gaf about hurting feelings.

Oh yea I fully agree. Gonna be nice to see when it happens. Skip is more ballsy than Don for things like this. Though I do have to say I wonder if Don would have noticed this about Sandy sooner. Skip is more ballsy to not give a fuck about pulling Sandy but Donnie might have picked up on the need for it sooner than Skip.

He doesn’t play for the University of Georgia.

He dropped out of school in the 8th grade to focus on baseball.

Actually that reminds me of this argument that some people use about how going to college isn’t necessary they will say like “Well, Bill Gates dropped out of college and doesn’t have a degree also Richard Brandon doesn’t have a degree and those guys are rich! See College isn’t necessary.” Yeah like as if things worked like that. It’s the same as saying “see being in high school isn’t necessary, Sandy Alcantara dropped out of high school and he is a multi millionaire!”

😂

He lost the lead in the 9th inning in the last game and lost the lead in the 8th inning today, I only care this team win or not and don't care who on the mound. Skip, don't forget you have a decent bullpen ! ! ! ! !

It's a joke this team treat Stallings as Molina.

Top starting pitchers like Gallen, McClanahan and Cole all pitched only 5~7 innings per game, Sandy wants to finish his start is just something unnecessary.

Especially when we got guys like puk, okert and brazoban in the pen

Yesterday I had tickets behind home plate, a section over from that corner where Bruce Sherman sits and Kim was there next to him for the first half of the game, Bruce was there for pretty much the entire game.

We joke about them and rag on them for obvious reasons but in all seriousness I noticed them watching the game and actively conversing with each other the entire time, they were looking at the same shit we all see. My point is they have to see shit like all the shit batting averages in this lineup. The holes are obvious. I guess I can't speak for Bruce but I can't believe that Kim doesn't realize upgrades are needed. Bruce though was there for that 9th inning failed comeback. Maybe moments like that fire him up. Maybe he doesn't give a shit. Time will tell, I guess I'm just saying they're not absent. I believe they know what we have. A lot of fans think there's an apathy from the front office, I don't see that.

Sandy may be the one requesting Stallings

Maybe this team need Sandy's agreement to DFA Stallings .....I mean, if Sandy pitched great this season (no matter it's related to Stallings or not ) then it makes sense to have Stallings on the team but it's not like that now. By the way, I'm just not give a shit that a pitcher needs a certain catcher to pitch well.

Don would've done it, and simultaneously double switched out a hot player for no reason, with his spot coming up in the next inning to put the bat boy in his spot, down 2 runs.

I'm torn on whether that makes it better or worse.....better in the sense that they see it, and will hopefully do something about it....worse in the sense that if they don't do anything, they're just actively ignoring the issue at that point.

Looks aren’t everything you know.

Thet being said, here are the top 5 hottest Marlins..

1. Tanner Scott - That well groomed beard gets the ladies swooning.

2. Nick Fortes - Clean shaven guy next door type with winning smile.

3. Yuli Gurriel - Don’t let the girls name fool you, with that pineapple hair you know he’s a legend with the local girls in his home town.

4. Sandy Alcantara - Cy Young winner and tall? You have a winner right there!

5. Skip Schumaker - Can someone say Daddy?!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I waste so my time on this forum with my nonsense. 😂 But well helps to relax on my days off before I have to go back to the drudgery. 😂
