Looks aren’t everything you know.

Thet being said, here are the top 5 hottest Marlins..

1. Tanner Scott - That well groomed beard gets the ladies swooning.

2. Nick Fortes - Clean shaven guy next door type with winning smile.

3. Yuli Gurriel - Don’t let the girls name fool you, with that pineapple hair you know he’s a legend with the local girls in his home town.

4. Sandy Alcantara - Cy Young winner and tall? You have a winner right there!

5. Skip Schumaker - Can someone say Daddy?!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Were you on TV?

Probably, the people who were sitting behind the plate on the main camera shot were directly to my right, I may have come out if they ever showed any Marlins on the on deck circle because I was right behind that.

I'm torn on whether that makes it better or worse.....better in the sense that they see it, and will hopefully do something about it....worse in the sense that if they don't do anything, they're just actively ignoring the issue at that point

Yea true, well said.

Lol, I knew this was coming but didn't know how else to word it.

Bad luck (Hi Ng), cursed, poor performance, say what you want to say, this team just can't WIN in the Sandy day. The record is 2-7 in the Sandy day, the worst among the current five SP in the rotation, how many times he screwed the game because he's lost in emotions after his defensive error ? how many times he's pitched too deep in the game and screwed it eventually ? I know it's still early in the season and he's a "former " ace but it's in the point that you would hate the coming of the "Sandy day " because you know something bad would happen. You would say I'm lost my mind but I think it's time to stop starting Sandy and replacing him with anybody you want because nobody would have a lower winning probability than him.

It is what it is. This year Sandy is an under average pitcher. He is no Ace, he is a #5 rotation guy. Hell there are guys in the minors who are better. Sad thing is this team is over .500 even with Sandy giving us a loss every 5 days.

He's not been his Cy Young self but he's still capable. The obvious solution for right now is let him pitch through the order twice and then the third time through just pull him at the first sign of trouble until he gets his confidence back. It sure seems like a mental thing right now to me. He's overthinking when things go wrong. His trouble yesterday started after his throwing error. That's all mental.

Obviously I'm not Sandy but this doesn't seem right to me. I don't think it's about getting comfortable with a lead I think it's him overthinking/getting "uncomfortable" when trouble starts. He gives up a walk or a bloop single and then suddenly there's a throwing error and then he's sweating like a whore in church. That's overthinking in my eyes.

i'll keep harping on it but with him the pitch clock thing really seems to throw him off. it's a combination of when something bad happens and he has to get right back there and chuck it again and again and again without taking a breather really.  if Skip wants to keep him in for the third time around he needs to have Mel go out there and give him a breather the second something happens later in a game because this has gotten to be ridiculous.

That’s what I’ve been saying - pull him earlier until he proves he can keep going deeper with success

Poor Sandy is traumatized by the consistent lack of offense. He can only bring the mojo when he’s losing, tied, or up one run.

I’m saying this in jest, but this is actually the kind of thing the human mind is capable of doing/creating.

Skip needs to figure out the best timing to pull Sandy.

After the lead of walk in the 6th last night seemed obvious. With that said sandy needs to get his shit together and go back to getting us strong 7+ inning outings

This is actually my philosophy in the bedroom.

Well, back before I was married at least.

7 innings is so arbitrary, though.   😝🤣
