February 24, 20251 yr Acosta is one of the three players we got in the Burger trade. He's a middle infielder who played 3/4 of his games at SS and the other 1/4 at 2b. He played in AA at the age of 21 and he is a rare prospect whose numbers keep improving as he climbs level.Likely will start in AAA, but you should care because he's a pretty good bet to be a Marlin and probably will get substantial playing time.

February 25, 20251 yr Eddy's stuff is so good but the problem when he is even a hair off it all goes sideways. Has elite stuff, but probably will never be able to put it together.

He is the type that could have a fluke no-hitter though for sure if he keeps it together for one random game. Still, after spending this much time with Mel - I don't even see him as a BP guy because he gets so wild for stretches. One of the most frustrating guys in the last few years because yeah he does have absolute elite ace-level stuff when he's not wild but he has just never kept it together long enough.
