Olmos
Like i said when he was promoted. He's Andrew Miller. Can throw fast but has no control. I dont remember Andrew Miller ever throwing a pitch over 92 miles a hour. I know he was advertised as having stinky cheese but I don't remember ever seeing it. That is what I was so jacked about seing when we traded for him but I never got to see the stink. At least none of the games I saw.

Olmos
Back on topic now.... Olmos had a rough outing but he looks like he has closer stuff. If he can handle the mental part of closing we may have someone on the roster to replace cishek and won't have to make a trade for a closer. It's always better when you have somebody already on the roster to take over closing instead of trading because we all saw what happened with fat Heath Bell. I know we didn't trade for Bell but I don't trust closers that come from other teams. Olmos has some really spicy cheese. I like leftys who can bring the heat.

I think Yelich has been called up.
Does anybody know what is happening with Yelich is he on the DL or no?

6/4 Post game: Back to normal
We have to look at the good side of things. If Lucas continues to hit 600, he's got an excellent chance to be rookie of the year Well the last player to hit over 400 was Ted Williams an that was more then 50 years ago and nobody has hit 500 or 600 in a complete season so to expect that would be crazy but if he can hit between 250 and 300 I would be happy with that for sure.

He looked good but I have the same concerns as you guys. Hopefully he can stay healthy. Close your legs. What do you mean?

Cogs to start working at 3b
Nothing happened to Cox, I'm sure we'll get a look at him sooner or later. If not late this season then early 2014. I just want to see if the bb improvement is a blip or not. He's 24 and in AA. I wouldn't be too excited about his #s right now especially the utter lack of power (no HRs and only 5 doubles)I would rather have coghlan then cox for now. If coghlan does not work out we can try cox but I see no reason to make room for a guy tearing up double a by taking a guy out of the lineup who is tearing up MLB. If coghlan fails t 3 rd base then we can take a look at cox.

Trade Stanton, Seriously, Trade Stanton Now
I'm pretty convinced our new beefcake friend here is Admin. Think about it. Where has Admin been first of all? Second of all board postings and traffic certainly has picked up since his arrival.... We're on to you Admin... I've been wondering where Admin is during all of this. It baffles me that this new guy hasn't been banned yet,I have not been disrespectful and I have not posted any false rumors or fake storys. I have not done anything but say things that you and spike don't agree with. In fact I suggested that coghlan play 3 rd base and you made fun of me. Now he is taking practice at 3b. I suggested Yelich was a injury risk and you made fun of me. And now he is going in the DL for injury that PROBALLY could have been prevented of he had better conditioning. Call me a troll all you want I don't care but stop trying to get me banned just because you disagree because that is not right. This is a MARLINS FANS forum not a penguino forum. I think the mods here do a good job and most everyone is respectful except you and like 3 other members.

Cogs to start working at 3b
Funny. I was saying this should happen a few days ago and everyone makes fun of me... I suggest Yelich needs to beef up cause he's an injury waiting to happenand I get made fun of and then he gets hurt the next day. Some of you call me a troll but ignore those facts.

Strength and conditioning.
I thought Ozzie hit leadoff a lot. He did but his career batting average is way to low to be in the hall of fame and he didn't steal enough bases or hit enough home runs to makeup for the low batting average. Letting guys like Ozzy Smith and Tony Perwz into the hall of fame and not allowing Barry Bonds or Mark Magiire in there is a crime. It makes the hall of fame alot less credible but it's still a awesome place to visit. Anybody who hasn't been to Cooperstown needs to go for sure it's awesome.

the sad thing is i think this moron is legit The sad thing is that you can't nigate any of my arguments with a response that doesn't involve calling me a moron or a troll. I haven't said anything outrageous you just don't agree with me. You are untitled to your opinion though bro so I ain't mad at you.

Trade Stanton, Seriously, Trade Stanton Now
Hall of Fame argument aside for a second, that has to be the worst trade proposal in the history of the board. I think it is a fair deal that fills holes for both teams. What is it about the trade that is so awful? I know Aramis Ramirez is a little old but I would expect the Brewers to pay a large amount of him and Axfords salarys and then we get a young top line starter for several years. We need proven starters and he has had 3 great seasons that have not been recognized because the brewers have been out of contention.

Strength and conditioning.
So Adeiny Hecheverria will be a Hall of Famer. Makes sense. Not at all. Ozzy smith shouldn't be a hall of famer either. I was comparing the fact that they at both defensive wizards but are bottom of the order hitters. Hecheverria looks like he might need more time in the minors and a little conditioning. But smith was a better defender from what I've seen so far. Remember I said he is more like Rey Ordoneez at this point in his career. Which ill take if he is hitting 6th 7th or 8th every night.

Trade Stanton, Seriously, Trade Stanton Now
*looks up stats* How is Aramis Ramirez a future Hall of Famer? Dude has been a stud since his Pittsburgh days. He probably won't get in in the first vote but if he has another two or three "aramis Ramirez" years I definitely think he will be making it to Cooperstown. If tony Perez is in the hall of fame (outrageous) then why shouldn't aramis Ramirez be in?

All of my posts get deleted while this retard continues to troll. I'm out. Maybe it has something to do with you calling everyone a retard.

I think Yelich has been called up.
Jesus christ man, just cuz he has a minor injury doesn't mean its cuz his core isn't strong enough. Ur gonna blame everything on that now aren't u? Yelich isn't beefcake enough for u? What a coinsidence that I was JUST talking about how concerned I was about how scrawny he is and that he is an injury waiting to happen unless he buffs up and same day he has an injury because his core is to weak. Yeah it could be a coinsidence but where theirs smoke theirs fire...

Trade Stanton, Seriously, Trade Stanton Now
Who would we want from Milwaukee? And if you say Ryan Braun, I'm using the stick. Braun makes too much money and we are loaded in the outfield with players that have potential to be comparable to him. I have always liked Gallardo though and if they throw in Axford and Aramis Ramirez we can fill alot of holes and I k ow the brewers would be stoked to get Stanton. Plus we would only have to face him like 6 times a year since he would be out west. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Seriously, there is no way this guy can be serious. Gallardo is 27 years old and is a lock for 200 innings, a sub 4 era and 200 strikeouts a year. Not having the best season so far but his track record is solid and he's a solid 6'' 3' and 215 pounds. We NEED another starting pitcher and he is one of the most underrated in the MLB. Aramis Ramirez is a future hall of famer with at least 3 good years left in him and can provide veteran leadership. Axford can take over closing duties where cishek has struggled (cishek will become the setup man). We can fill our holes big time with that one trade. And I know the brewers will eat alot of salary so we won't be tied down for years. We could become contenders overnight basically. I don't see how that's the dumbest thing you ever heard my friend. Think about it.

Help me make a decision!
Wes Helms had an amazing body. I questioned my sexuality at times. Ha ha yeah yeah. Ignore the meat of my post and make jokes. Wes Helms was GOOD for most of his time here. His body was average he needed conditioning. He looks like Wll Farell.
