I'll say it again, I f***ing LOVE this team. Never willing to give up until the last out. I picked Hermida for FOTG because I had to, he was awesome.

After watching the segment, the thing that was so stupid about it was the fact that our name was brought up with all those other teams as a SURPRISE team..... WTF. Look at the records of those other teams last year (aside from Toronto), and look at ours, how do we belong in the same conversation? We are only a surprise to ignorant, front-running sportswriters.

When I was watching the game today I kept thinking he looked like a robot.

I haven't watched ATH yet but it is nice to see them at least talking about us. Although Paige pretty much shat on us last year, along with Bill Plashke (who was still making cracks about Uggla in the ASG about a month ago).

If you're opinion is also attempting to be a factual statement, then it can be factually wrong. Saying "Luis' game is similar to Boner's" is a statement that can be wrong. I'm not actually saying in this instance whether it is wrong, but it can be. Just like saying "I think Hanley is worse than Boner" is an opinion that can be wrong. I don't see what is wrong with saying that. An opinion can only be "wrong" by the arrogance of another's opinion. opinions clash- but neither are necessarily wrong...... Bingo. And well said.

You aren't seeing him play 2B, so you shouldn't be reminded of Castillo at 2B when Bonifacio is at 3rd. Spot in the order. I don't see how this could remind you of Castillo. Did Hanley hitting first remind you of Chuck Carr? Number. Eric. Reed. Country. There's lots of variety among dominicans. Switch Hitter. Chipper Jones is a switch hitter. Slap hitting. Luis chokes up way more than Boni, and Boni is actually more of a hacker. Lack of Power. This was not something that should remind you of Luis. Speed. He's actually faster than Luis. General physical resemblance. And here's the crux of it. They look alike. Eric Reed's game is exactly the same as Boner's as is his number, so unless seeing Boner standing on the clay instead of the grass is enough to conjure images of Castillo, it all comes down to looking alike. They're games are really not that alike if you think about it for a few minutes. Boner does none of the good things Luis did at the plate. I believe the Marlins lead baseball in delays (although not postponements). Could be wrong on that but seems to me I just heard this in the last couple of weeks. You did. I did too. I can't remember who, but either Rich, Tommy, or Craig said this on the Marlins Live before Opening Day when they were talking about the new ballpark.

Just talking about how we are the exciting team to watch, and fun to watch even though he knows the NL East is very competitive.

Comcast sucks at life. I would give ANYTHING to have a better cable company here. I effing hate them.

I found one on ebay in my size and bought it right away for about 15 total with shipping. I can't wait till it arrives. So hot.

I voted for Cantu but it was a close one between him, H2R, Anibal and EB. Such a difference this season having awesome starting pitching compared to last April. And am I the only one wanting to see a race between EB and Usain Bolt??? :cheers and :lol at the race idea

Ok, I am a little ahammered right now so pardon any mistakes (of course when I go out the first thing I do is some home and check the Marlins board :lol ) So I just wannt say that I love this right now and I know 4 games means nothing, but it just feels so good to come out of the gate running and I swear I just have a different feeling about this year. I'm not trying to get ahead of myself, I am just proud of everything we've put together so far and I hope we can keep it going strong all year. Now I am going to lay in bed and watch my recording of the game!

My parents and onf of my best friends have Marlins issues, and the rest of my friends and family totally accept mine.
