I dont know about the rest of the season but he sure did earn some playing time. He had a 7 rbi game earlier this year so we know he has the goods lets see if he can string along some nice games in a row.

:thumbup . Amazing. Didnt he have another 3 homer game this year?

he had a 2-homer game that we won 2-1 earlier this season....against LAD I think.

Nice game by Ross(5-4 with 3 hrs and 7 rb1s)

so awesome that he got more hits than at-bats!

:p

...will be starting every game for the rest of the year.

THANK YOU

Guaranteed that he will start at least 15/18 games left.

All year people have been referencing his 2 HR game earlier this season with the Dodgers. The boy really put it together tonihgt. He earned him a great number of starts and a solid role on the team next year. He now has 12 HR's on the year! Wow!

It's too bad the article on the Headline section of MLB.com reads "Uggla's three homers lead Fish past Mets". :banghead

Cody should be in the lineup every nite...He is probably our best defensive outfielder...I would put him in CF. He earned my respect when he was beaned in the mouth and came back and played the very next day! He is the type of player that gives 200% nite in and nite out

:lol . I bet Uggla would take the 3 homers.

Has anyone noticed when Anibal starts, Ross has a GREAT game. He was responsible for some of Sanchez' other wins too. the 1-0 game over WSH and the 2 homers he hit against ATL in a 2-1 win. :mischief2

Maybe Anibal corks his bat before the games :shifty lol

Hopefully the Marlins saved some offense for the next two games.

can you rly save offense? where does it go...in the offense bank or something?
