I hope Anibal was working on a pitch or something cause he sucked it up big time today. I have never been big on him think hes gonna do bad again this year. Please prove me wrong Anibal.

A much more promising start from Volstad today: 6.2 IP, 7 H, 1 ER, 6 Ks

Far stronger outing for Volstad today:

 

6.2 innings 7 hits 2 runs 1 earned 0 walks 6 strikeouts

 

And 3 of those hits and the 1 earned run were in his last 2/3rds of an inning.

 

In addition, he went 3-3 with a 2B and 2 RBI

Oh and 10 GB to 4 FB so that sinker seems to be back on track.

He's a below average relief pitcher due to his homeruns allowed and walks/wildness/inability to control his emotions.

well, a really nice outting from robertson...hmph..

 

and bonifacio finally stole a base in ST.. GOTTA HAVE THAT SPEED!!!

Robertson was awesome.

Bonifacio had a great day. Even when they got him out, it was like a 10 pitch AB. He played RF, SS, and CF, and made 2 web gems at SS.

Barden hit the ball well. Cantu also looked good at the plate.

 

Funny story, I guess there aren't many Hispanics in Jupiter, so apparently Leo was happy to hear my dad, while signing autographs. My dad screamed out "Leo, at least 25 more saves this year" in Spanish, and Leo immediately looked up, smiled, and nodded yes.

 

The only downside of the day was Wes Helms. He was pretty attrocious.
