June 25, 201016 yr took notice of Veras's stats a couple days ago and see that he is doing a heck of alot better. he is deffinately worth another shot

June 25, 201016 yr Author I will put Veras's MLB track record over what he did for a few weeks in the minors. Fully expecting him to be terrible.

They're hitting .067/.222/.067 off him in 18 PA and Ryan Howard can't sleep at night thinking about his slider.

June 25, 201016 yr Author f*** my life. Veras is Jorge "he's our guy!" Julio 2.0. Pinto back please. As the Orioles were taking batting practice against the Marlins on Thursday and much of Wednesday, I was praying for a Pinto return. Sure, he's not very good, but he is the least of probably 11 evils.
June 25, 201016 yr Maybe Veras will be a disaster again, but Houser was almost a guarantee to get lit up at this level, and that includes Baltimore. I won't look it up, but I recall seeing that lefties were pounding Houser at NOLA.
June 25, 201016 yr Love the andre dawson shrine.. he is the reason I became a marlins fan in '95. Awesome! My favorite all-time player. It was like Nirvanna for me when the Fish signed him in 95. My favorite player on my favorite team, even if it was for a bench spot in the twilight of his career.
June 25, 201016 yr yess!!!! finally one of the moves ive been calling for.....jose do not let me down. still waiting for badenhop and luna to get rid of strickland and bonifacio. at least luna give us a power threat. after that time for wood and barden to go.
