March 5, 201412 yr This show keeps me on the edge of my seat, but is so slow to develop. I don't know how that works, but it just does. It's kind of like live-action Dragon Ball Z.
March 14, 201412 yr I had a feeling a few episodes ago that this half of the season is just build up for the next season, and it seems like I'm right. I guess we're not going to get much of this Terminus stuff until October.

The season finale is going to be a massive cliffhanger, obviously. Oh and this show just isn't intense anymore after watching true detective. What? So did the Darryl thing happen before the Rick thing, or did the guy that saw Rick just not die?

March 17, 201412 yr Crazy fucking little girl. I saw Carroll on the last few seconds of Talking Dead and was so sure she would die this episode. Thank God she didn't because she's becoming one of my favorite characters.
March 31, 201412 yr Kind of a letdown for a season finale. All this talk about who will survive and what not. Bad ass rick redeemed this episode.

March 31, 201412 yr I f really fucking hate badass Rick. I was starting to like this version of Rick. My favorite character in the whole series was Dale, so I'm inclined to like characters that at least somewhat fit his mold.
April 1, 201412 yr This isn't just badass Rick, it's a new Rick. It's a Rick that can kill on will but he's not loopy. Rick on the phone with Lori pissed me off. I hope we never see that again. But if Rick can rip necks out with his teeth and have breakfast with everyone else then so be it.

I got bored halfway thru Season 4 and had to play catch up via Netflix last week. Glad I did. Some awesome episodes, esp. Carol turning into a bad ass. Saw the new season last night via "dubious" streaming (not available live in UK) which probably wasn't a good idea, especially due to freezing and jumping and I didn't find a decent stream until 15 mins from the end, and it's available to stream on the AMC site in HD 24 hours later, but what I saw seemed awesome, and I'm about to watch it again. Am enjoying Gracepoint as well. It's kinda cool that all your TV in the US comes in at the same time to fill the baseball gap. UK TV is unbelievably shit (aside from Doctor Who) in every way, in tandem with everything else that is shit about the UK (food, weather, politics, sport, etc). I think music is the only thing we win at.

Show just took a turn towards being pointless and stupid, thus giving me no more reason to watch. Basically the same reason I had to stop watching Homeland.
October 13, 201411 yr I'm gonna be that other guy. I've never liked the show. First season was fun and on its own would've stood as a really awesome show. The rest of the show sucked unfortunately and had no real purpose. I know it's a hit show and everybody watches it now, but it just started feeling like it didn't even matter if I watched or not. It actually felt important to find out what happened first season and even halfway through season 2. Most of the characters I last saw are probably dead by now anyway so whatever.

I understand, but Season 4 was pretty solid (especially the second half). The showrunner now has written some of the best episodes of the series, and with Breaking Bad gone, I think AMC is giving the show a better budget.
