What Happens to Matt Dominguez

Featured Replies

Sign Cespedes and then move boni and lomo then ship matt with Gaby somewhere to free up room for a better pitcher.

Package him with Gaby or Coghlan and you can probably net a pretty good haul in return. He could also probably play second if needed, which makes for very good up the middle defense.

I would say bench, but there's really no point in keeping a bench player who can't hit, and we really won't need a defensive replacement at third. Can't keep him in the minors for six years either...

Pretty much seems we have no choice but to trade him for cheap value, basically some up and coming pitching prospects.

We don't really have extra position players. You need 8, and here are the guys on our roster who "should" be starters:

1. Hanley

2. Stanton

3. Reyes

4. LoMo

5. Gaby

6. Buck

7. Infante

We still have a hole. Even if you but Bonifacio in there, we don't have the personnel to trade a starting position player right now.

What happens to Matt Dominguez and Chris Coghlan.

Meh, who tf cares about Coghlan?

I do.

I care about you more than I do about Coghlan.

And I hate your fu©king guts, you filthy dolfan.

Hey, f*** you buddy, I care too.

After this signing, I don't care about Dominguez either.

I would imagine the organization holding on to him, so WHEN Reyes goes on the DL they can slide Hanley back to short and have a third baseman.

I wouldn't mind signing Dobbs back for those situations but most off the bench, for the right price.

They already offered him a contract before the season ended. I hope he comes back, too.
