Herald is trash. Always has been. That being said, sometimes a mistake is just that.

It's not just the Herald. WIOD 610AM, our local talk radio station, has an irrational hatred of all things Marlins. Specially Rich Minaya, whose always telling radio listeners not to go to Marlins games or support the team, and seems to praise Braman all the time.

I took 610 off the pre-sets of my radio years ago. Who even listen's to them anymore ? I wouldn't worry about them or that Fish Wrapper called the Herald. It's only use is to line the bottom of a bird cage.

We should all boycott the heat because mikie arison owns carnival cruise lines and so all the pollution of the cruise ships requires tax payer dollars to clean up...right???

Then again, why would anyone really sit all the way up there, you can't see the Bullpen seats or bud bar but those were pretty packed too.

 

Upper deck seems to be a get in the door and find a place to watch the game ticket.

It really depends on the usher but it seems a lot of people are moving down or watching the game from the concourse.

I bought a upper deck 5 or 6 game pack, and haven't sat in them yet. Today was the last game.

 

Went to opening day against the Cards, Cubs, Pirates, Rockies, Giants and Nats so far.

 

Ushers check, but if your not being a dick or not in a really expensive seat they wont bother you.

I can't stand it when I have to kick someone out of my seat. It's really gay when you sit in a seat you didn't pay for.

For all of the new parks with open concourses, I'd rather stand and watch the whole game from the concourse rather than sit in the upper deck.

 

The White Sox do a really dick thing. They have the worst upper deck in baseball (like a mile high above the field), but if you have a ticket up there, you aren't allowed to visit the lower level at all. You only get access to the upper deck.
