Post Game 6/25

Featured Replies

I saw they were up 6-1 on my phone, then get home to this.

JULY

I turned off the game after Buck got out in the 9th because I wanted to see if he'd be able to get his second hit of the game & get me un-banned...then I check online 2 hours later & I'm like "WTF HAPPENED?!?"

Well, at least Buck got his second hit...

Pitching has been godawful the last few weeks. I just don't know what to expect from this team anymore.

I'm not sure how Bell thinks he can survive by throwing nothing but fastballs. He threw two breaking pitches total. Hitters are just going to sit and wait on that fastball like Molina did. Bell's location problems (keeping the ball up) make this all so much worse.

I just expect them to lose.

When he threw a third straight fastball at 0-2 to Holliday I wanted to break a brick with my head.

His pitch selection was horrible in that situation.

They will need to do something special to get rid of the sting of a loss like this.

Could not have happened at a worse time.

I'm not sure, but I think that Bell must have thrown 17 consecutive fastballs. FX says there was a change-up and a sinker in the mix after that. Other than that Bell threw nothing but fastballs until his last batter Freese--after the damage was done.

So he basically threw nothing but fastballs, the game got tied, and then finally threw two curveballs.

If you were a Cardinals hitter you more or less knew what pitch was coming.

ive have always told critics who comment on our attendance this year that it would pick up after the NBA playoffs...after this atrocity of a game, im not soo sure about my statement...frackin MARLINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe I'm saying this but wish Ozzie would have just brought Dunn back out there instead of Fat Turd Heath Bar.

As for single players Bell has been the biggest disappointment of the year so far. Okay, maybe Gaby then Bell.

Heath Bell's career is finished but his contract isn't.

That means this won't be the last time he gouges out the eyes of the fan base.

I'm in suicidal watch...

Who are you watching? I have my eyes on Biscayne by the hearld building.
