Meaning #2 is the worst number to be. #1 can be the most advantageous if he eliminated every guy in a row simply by attacking them first. Look at Ted dibiase vs. Koko and the legendary Marty jannetty, if you will. Or bulldog vs. dibiase and flair if you will. But the latter is a really bad example since flair won that one.

Although Hech had a much worse situational at bat. Runner on 2nd and rolls over the first pitch. Not even close to the correct approach for that situation.

April 13, 201610 yr Problem is because the mets won the pennant last year they're very tough critics even after 6 games.
April 13, 201610 yr That was a game I was honestly expecting to lose. We had a runner on second with less than 2 outs in the 6th, 7th, and 9th and the bases loaded with 1 out in the 8th and only got 1 run. If we are going to have any success this season, the first thing that needs to change is the Nationals and Mets dominance over us. The Nationals we sometimes handle a little better but the last few years the Mets have beaten on us constantly and often winning the majority of close games. Jose settled in nicely and for a second I thought he was hurt when his fastball fell to 92-93. Bullpen was solid but it won't last. We need more dominant arms.
