I would think so. It appears bad decisions were made, at least at this point.

I got the notification from MLB Trade Rumors and I actually thought it was Jose Fernandez the other cuban player that had defected awhile ago. Absolutely devastating news.

Easily one of most devastating losses a team has ever suffered. The loss of Jose to the Marlins on so many different levels wiii be incalculable .  So sad can't conceive of it.

Im pretty sure the throttle was not at idle, its not safe to boat at night, let alone at anymore then 15 mph, add possible drinking you have a recipe for disaster
