I don't know why this immediately came to mind, but reminded me of a game in 2011. Bonifacio (good ol' EMILIOOOO) led off the game with a 7 pitch at bat, then Infante grounded into a fielder's choice first pitch, immediately followed by Gaby Sanchez grounding into a double play on the first pitch.

First batter got 7 pitches out of the opposing starter and then our boys let him off the hook with under 10 pitches total for the inning.
