March 5, 20215 yr Morosi isn't like the usual reporters, very upbeat and positive essentially always so this doesn't surprise me. He's not one to follow with the usual narratives either.
March 5, 20215 yr Not sure Rizzo actually fits here despite the South Florida connections but yes it's cool to imagine how the Marlins could dip into free agency when they're ready. I'm comparing it to the Blue Jays picking up Springer this offseason.
March 5, 20215 yr Keep in mind there will likely be a DH in 2022 and beyond so factor that into FA thoughts.
March 6, 20215 yr Fuck Correa’s cheating ass. Rizzo’s awesome (more from a personality perspective...just seems like a cool dude)

March 6, 20215 yr Author And that was the moment I realized this place wasn't as family friendly as I once thought.. 😂

March 9, 20215 yr Marlins offense or lack of it will be the thing that holds this team back. Any offensive upgrade should be fully vetted and considered. Any trade moving 2 of your pitching depth for a controllable piece or even a piece just entering their prime that offers a middle of the order type bat is needed. No 'scare' factor in that lineup at all.
