it really felt like there was a crowd there! the announcers are pretending to be the crowd like in major league

well that would give andino 2b for the future so might be worth trying it

when i saw the topic i thought it was going to be about patterson but this is bs

if reed is sent to the minors will amezaga be in charge of pinch running and replacing willingham/cabrera late in games?

the thing with campusano was hes only hit .268 in his 496 minor league at bats before this year so id like him to keep it up to midseason in aa before he gets called up and gets his confidence destroyed

"They are going to move Willis, but they would likely want (Robinson) Cano and (Phil) Hughes from the Yankees," an NL talent evaluator said of the Marlins. an NL "talent evaluator"?? :lol fancy way of saying scout? Anyway, I still think the best trading partner would be the Athletics if we decide to trade him, he's a hometown boy there, and Beane would likely overpay. Barton, Kotsay, Windsor and/or Suzuki. Jesus Christ. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. When have the words 'Billy Beane' and 'overpay' ever existed in the same sentence, other than in your twisted world, Spike...as it is, that trade is less desireable than the Yankees likely Cano/Hughes/Duncan swap. Barton's the only player worth something in the trade. Kotsay's contract negates his value and Suzuki may simply be a backup catcher for his career. only when its "Billy Beane just got .... to overpay for ..."

he couldnt see through his shadez

dtrain singles

its next offseason plans :banghead loria wants to get season ticket holders locked in before he dismantles a team that could compete

JJ and abercrombie should be sent down and olsen and cipicky or little should be called up

hopefully we can beat dewon. he was on against the rockies the other day

how is zambrano not starting good. hes the worst pitcher in their rotation

"?Steve Trachsel is most famous for: Taking his sweet ass time on the mound" :lol :lol you might be able to get home before the second pitch with trachsel up on the mound

having johnson or nolasco start the home opener would be a better solution

thing is there doing a better job than last year which is good

Carlos Martinez for closer :shifty

ill let you kno when mine gets to my house. i ordered it today

If we can get someone like Cano and a prospect then i'd do it..it wouldn't hurt to have an above average second baseman..and we can replace D-Train with one of our minor league pitchers..no need to sweat..Beinfest knows best. just wondering what other prospects do you see new york having?

The Deal is in the Works Later this week florida marlins veteran ace could be traded to the yankees for a new ballpark. Right now Brian Cashman is finding the land to have it built on and contractors to start building. The trade is looking to cost the yankees around $500 million. When King George was asked for a comment, all he said was "My team is built to win and Cashman and I feel that Dontrelle could be a big part of that." When I asked Cashman if he had any other deals in the works he said, "George plans to buy the Nationals." The only thing I could make from that was that they wanted some talent to trade for other promising players.

Volstad is starting the season in Greensboro. All minor league teams break camp on Sunday. Just came back from watching the minor league teams play today . Saw Scott Olsen pitch for AAA. Pitched great!!!! its good to kno olsen is pitching great still. did he have his slider with him?

but when hes not filling the catcher void, he is filling the left field void. let him rest on a willis start.
