How can ANYONE think that Josh Willingham, a guy with just over 80 MINOR LEAGUE GAMES caught, should be brought up over Treanor - an all out hustler who made it to where he is due to his heart and perseverance? I like Jwill a lot but let him LEARN HOW TO PLAY PROFESSIONAL BALL first. You talk about the ability to call a game, this kid is still learning how while Treanor has been doing it for a decade. Treanor isn't going to knock anybodys socks off with his bat but he hustles, sacrifices his body behind the plate, has a GOOD arm, and KNOWS THE GAME. I'd take him on my ballclub any day.

Treanor earned this call up. Let Willingham do something first before he's flown in on a gold jet. Treanor with 37 RBI in 40-something games isn't too shabby.

I understand... but he only gets paid so much because he plays on the Yankees and the Yankees will pay players anything just so they will play on their team. So if the Yankees get rid of him then he wont demand so much money from another team because he is only getting a lot of money because he is on the Yanks. When he leaves the Yankees he wont be worth so much. And if the Yankees want to get rid of him than that means that he isnt that good. Anyways-he is getting paid a lot because he is on the Yankees and the Yankees can afford to pay a player like him that much. But other teams can't.
