Marlins win game 2 of the series, 9-1, and go for their first sweep of the season tomorrow! Buerhle also gets his first win as a Miami Marlin!

W: Buerhle (1-2)

L: Garza (1-1)

2B: Murphy (1); G Sanchez (5)

3B: Reyes (2)

HR: Murphy (1); Ramirez (4)

Woooooo!

Great pitching by Buehrle, great hitting by the Marlins. Good to see Donnie Murphy, given an opportunity, do well tonight. Hanley..keep up the home runs!

One of those games where everything goes right. Buerhle pitched a great game and the offense hit the entire way with some small ball and the long ball. Back to .500, go for the sweep tomorrow!

Good win for us. Buerhle looked great. Going for the sweep tomorrow! Shouldn't be too hard considering the Cubs are absolutely awful. It's hard to believe that team has such a big following considering how bad they've been for years.

I'll give it to Donnie for starting off the scoring with the big shot. Buehrle looks great, what a boost he is to this staff.

It's a weak offense for the Cubs though, I'm happiest that the offense looked great against a quality pitcher like Garza.

Some cities that have fans that go to see their team play no matter what....

Kind of a weak crowd tonight. Maybe it was just me...

Awesome game to attend though. I had a lot of fun. Hanley be so lazy...

That is the kind of following we have to get here, not fair weather fans, sweep tomorrow.

I sure hope we can have that one day.

Great night. I got to sit in Ozzie Guillen's suite and we dominated the Cubs. Awesome.

Great night... went down to a PA sports bar and they put the game on since the Phillies are out West... got to see the Marlins kick ass, drank some beers, played the bar's trivia contest and won a $25 gift card!!! Awesome night!!!

You're from miami lakes? me too lol.

Any way, this Philly game is heading into the 11th. Where can we watch it?

Great game to be at.

Only complaint: leaving Buehrle in in an 8-1 game with a guy on third at 91 pitches. Why?

My guess is because Buerhle was dealing, he can handle the pitch count and it gives the BullPen some rest.
