June 22, 201412 yr I don't trust Redmond to start Dietrich. Insanity of course because his bat is desperately needed, as well as Yelich's. And really, did Yelich need to be placed on the 15 day DL? Can't play for another week. Good lord. What I've read is that he's ready (or about ready) to go. I hope this is the last we see of Furcal. Good dude but at this point in his career at best he's another Hech.
June 22, 201412 yr Really sucks for Furcal that he can't stay healthy, but in another sense if we would've kept him in the lineup he would've hurt our chances moving forward. Nice to see Dietrich back and hopefully starting again. Hope Furcal gets healthy soon, but I also hope we don't ever see him in the starting lineup again.

June 22, 201412 yr Good decision Marlins even though you were forced into it and had no alternative! Kudos! But hey I'll take it. I mean 36 year olds aren't going to be very durable anyway, and then coming off injury even less so. Signing never made much sense.
