June 17, 201511 yr It's kinda funny that this has been hi-jacked. It's also really stupid ... imagine how Infante feels leading the ASG vote with the season he's having. There was a famous instance a few years back when a vote was organised to select 'The Greatest Ever Irishman'. That was highjacked for a joke and was won by an Irish soccer player who hardly anyone had heard of, even in Ireland.

June 17, 201511 yr Why royals per se and not Giants? because that's literally what's happening right now. Royals fans are purposely voting their entire starting lineup plus Nori Aoki into the game even if they aren't playing at an all star level.
June 17, 201511 yr I highly doubt Manfred will allow this travesty to occur Actually he might have to let it occur. By all accounts what Kansas City is doing is being done fair and square under the rules of all star voting. There's no limit to the number of email addresses you can use. If the voting ends up this way and Manfred goes against the results then he's gonna hear it from plenty of voices. He may have to let it happen, which will then screw up the whole game and make it a big issue and an embarrassment which will then force immediate changes going into next year.
