April 25, 201610 yr This is going to be the longest train ride ever. Great season though, I honestly at the beginning of the season didn't expect playoffs until next year. We have our core, add here and there, we will be alright in the years coming.

Great season but definitely not satisfied with that. Panthers were robbed of a series, simple as that. And the best part the entire world took notice of those calls. Lets see how the NHL ignores that.
April 25, 201610 yr Hudler has been so bad. He was one of my favorite players and a key guy I wanted at the deadline. Very disappointed in how he played but I think losing Trocheck and thus Bjugstad as his center had a big impact.

April 26, 201610 yr I think we're going to like the new jerseys. All the mockups have been really traditional looking with better color schemes. I like the new logo too.
April 26, 201610 yr New logo is awful, I really hope that is not it. The crest looks stupid, and the Panther doesn't even look fierce. Also hope they don't get rid of the Palm trees and hockey sticks. Jagr is coming back (expected) and it looks like the captain Willie Mitchell is hangin em up.
April 26, 201610 yr Found this cleaned up version on Chris Creamer's Logo forum. This isn't official, just something someone on the board came up with. It's not a bad logo and I don't dislike it...I'm just really used to the current logo. I can see how they can do some cool things with it. I'll wait to see the final designs before making a judgement.

April 27, 201610 yr I will need to see the full jersey first but I am not a fan as of right now. There is nothing "Florida" about the logo and they are trying this Army Ranger thing and getting rid of the Palm Tree secondary logo which is a classic. And yes, the cat is not fierce at all.
April 28, 201610 yr Same colors and shading style. I mean, its not a replica, which is why I said it looks like it. Looking like FIU is not a diss. I like it. I suppose they changed the yellow to more of a sandy gold... but that's the color of a Florida panther. I particularly like the sharp looking cat. If they were going to change it, I'm glad that they made it actually look like a panther.
April 28, 201610 yr Forget the similarities to FIU, they should have made it exactly like FSU's logo. Maybe then this team will win the cup.
