fish20
Just thinking about this randomly and figured this would get some great names from the past. The guy to me is Hermida. IF you go look back at that guys minor league stats coming up..... holy shit he was the real deal. Huge OBP, beautiful swing, power, could run a little bit. His 2005 in AA was unreal- .293 AVG, .975 OPS, 23/25 SB's, 18 HR's, 28 2b's, and an insanely good for a prospect 89/116 K/BB ratio as a 21 year old. then he was still young when he got to the big leagues and he struggled at first but he had that 2007 season where he struggled a little at first but was absolutely unreal in the 2nd half where he hit .340 and had a .956 OPS after the all star break but could never put it together after that. Any other nominations?

Undakai
Chris Volstad Yeah, this was a sad one for me. I really liked the kid and his attitude when he was coming up. Was really disappointing
SilverBullet
There's many for us but Jeremy Hermida is always at the top of the list for me.
fish20
Chris Volstad That's a good one. Maybe its just cause i was young because looking back at his minor league stats coming up they werent that great but i had high hopes for him and then i remember he had an unreal debut against i believe the dodgers. marlinsmaniac
In this order... 1. Hermida 2. Maybin 3. Allison / 4.barring a huge turnaround, seems like Kolek is destined for this list as well.

Lucas
Hermida. I was at the ballpark when he hit a grand slam on his first major league AB, that was really cool. He was a decent player for a few years, a great one in 2007. Too bad his numbers went downhill from there.
