Just guessing but I'm pretty sure English/American brands are quite predominant in Asian society so a lot of English is used in marketing and signage so it might be fairly common to have English language advertising over there.

Emirates Airlines have sponsorships all over Europe and they appear in a variety of colors. Maybe cuz Motorola can adopt the Padres brown and it still works as opposed to my Coke using red example. Sadly I'm pretty sure "the better deal" for most MLB teams is whatever sponsor pays the most money and the better deal for the sponsor is keeping their company colors accurate as they don't care about if the logo clashes with the uniforms or not.

I feel like for a company like Motorola, though, color isn't THAT important for that brand. Some brands are chameleons in that they can display their logo in different colors without affecting the brand connection. Others the color is directly associated with that brand, and seeing another color wouldn't be right, and I think those companies would pass vs. using the wrong color. It'll be the first ad we see lol. Or they'll be the official "run scored" sponsor.....but thankfully since the Marlins never score, we won't see it too often.
