The new Rays fan is just being a troll. You ... have an annoying level of bias at times, in all honesty. Plus, some of the threads you make aren't necessary [like the "Marlins do all wrong Rays right blog" and Facebook being down for 20 minutes ...]. You also treat this specific forum like it's Rays talk sometimes. You have contributed some good posts here and there, but this is Major League Baseball forum, not "Tampa Bay Rays." No, that's the implication you purposefully read. I never said the Rays aren't an MLB team, although from 1998 to 2007, that was debatable [yes, a last place joke, I went there]. All I'm saying is basically what Piazza said, report things about all 29 other teams outside the Marlins, and definitely not the "giving the Marlins a black eye" type of posts. You have made a couple threads in this forum here and there that weren't centered on the Rays [not counting the world series], but about 90-95% of your posts in this forum are Rays related, otherwise it doesn't seem to exist to you. The level of bias, really, is astounding sometimes. The 2011 Cy Young voting, you agreed Verlander should have won, but you got upset that James Shields was third and not second in place of Jered Weaver. That's really not a big deal. He didn't win, so who cares where he placed, whether it was second or third? Which, for what it's worth, Weaver had the better season. Any who ... that's all. Take it as you wish. If somebody wanted Nolasco, he'd be somewhere else. We'd have to eat his entire contract, and I'd rather have him pitching for us (sadly) if we're going to pay him $11.5 million anyway. If somebody's willing to take half that money, by all means he's gone. That's ridiculous. Many teams would want Ricky Nolasco at half the salary. He's still here because the Marlins apparently want him here. He's still here because Giancarlo apparently wants him here.
