Cody Ross on the all ugly team?? wtf??

Featured Replies

Loses all credibility because the following two players are nowhere on the list:

Beltre? He's pretty normal looking.

But the dude below him, man that's just pure ugly.

If any Marlin belongs on this list, it's Jorge Cantu. I believe Stu Gotz said this, and I agree.

Not sure if this guy made it, but if not, he should have.

Warner Madrigal

I don't think that Le Batard created that list.

Cody Ross made Comedy.com's list

Cody Ross is top center fielder in Comedy.com's, All-Ugly Team.

Personally I think that is a bit harsh. Sure in posed photographs where Cody is trying to force a smile, he isn't very photogenic. But in candid shots he looks fine to me. (Note: I'm not the best judge of whether a guy is good looking or not. But obviously Comedy.com think they have a handle on it.)

And oh by the way, Cody is not a bazillionaire. He plays for the Marlins and makes as little as the team can get away with paying him. Then again, the league minimum may seem like a bazillion dollars to the fashion writer of the Comedy.com.

It does to me.

For the record, Cody claims that isn't a forced smile. He says he just smiles like that.

Its funny how places like Comedy.com are supposed to represent the essence of comedy, when something like this is anything but funny. Its like Im watching The Love Guru all over again. :barf

That movie looked like :barf thats why I didn't see it.

Hollywood is running out of ideas, maybe they should give Hanley a call. :lol

How come the Uggla Ugglies fans didn't make it?

Because theyre not only bad at comedy, but at common sense as well.

That smile just looks so fake, insincere, forced, whatever you want to call it. Like some guy trying to sell you the Brooklynn Bridge.

No Julian Tavarez? Pfftt!

I was going to post a picture of him but couldn't find a good one. He kinda looks like Freddy Kreuger

We really don't need to see him. :lol

What? Where's Nomar?

It's not so much Nomar being ugly, it's his beak. It's almost like a whole different person.
