April 25, 200917 yr that was honestly one of the most painful losses ive witnessed for the marlins.....we may have blown bigger leads but no game felt like we were going to win more than that one.

First fight of the year? JJ vs. Lindy. We will come up swinging tomorrow. Nunez needs to become the closer because Lindy is too picky with his pitching schedule. If he pitches too much its bad, if he pitches too little its bad. Argh... he would be a nice set up guy because he doesnt "have to" be used everyday.
April 25, 200917 yr The baseball rule of not taking your closer out no matter how bad he sucks is stupid. While I hate Fredi for not taking him out, its not like any other manager would have. Hanley needs to get his head out of his ass. Should have been beched after his THREE baserunning blunders in ONE inning. Not good enough.

Tonight was an ugly loss and I guarantee you there will be others before the season is over. Some of you need to get a grip and stop living game to game and get some friggin perspective.

I don't see it happening, because I don't remember Uggla being benched after his mistakes last year on the basepaths and we all know our original closers typically take a lot of lumps in the first few months before a change is made.
