Hooray for sweeps!

Hopefully we can at least go 6-5 on the road. Even a 5-6 trip would be acceptable considering our struggles on the road.

I have a feeling those struggles are no more... We'll see.

All of you guys going to stay up during this trip? I will fully ready at 10 tomorrow.

nope,as much as I want to its just too much ill have to stay up untill 3 am just for the start of the game. Maybe untill 6 am to finish, I always sleep those games out when they go on the west coast, and watch the re-run the next day on mlb tv

6-5 or 5-6 on a long road trip that includes 3 games against the doyers and 4 agianst the giants would hardly be struggling. I'd be ecstatic with either of those records.

Nice work from Koehler and a big at bat from Ozuna though it looked like Stanton would have been out there. Not the best of tag routes or reactions but I will take it.

Now the road test....

I'll be at all three games at Dodger Stadium, so three wins there would be nice. I think I'll get to see Jose pitch, but I'll also have to suffer through Turner.

Hopefully Turner can surprise...

Another thing about the Stanton slide - he tried to slide around the plate and hit it with his hand rather than slide with him feet going right into it. That could have been a big thing, too, if Recker had handled the ball - Stanton would have been out clearly.

What are you feeling about the road test, man?

I am feeling like they have confidence. Must maintain the same approach. I do not like to predict feelings in public.

Gotta tip your cap to Koehler, he's been outstanding so far.

When you're #4/5 starter is posting a sub 2 ERA and a sub 1 WHIP you know things are going well.

You have to do like others around here, that are just focused on him regressing to the mean...any day now!

I will be there on Wednesday for Jose. Possibly Monday as well.
