what in the world would give you that feeling watching this team in the passed week? when was the last time they won two in a row? july?

hanley just looks completely lost. he looks lost at the plate, taking pitches that he can't believe are strikes, which means he's not seeing the ball well, he looks lost in the field, and when he's on base he looks lost as well.

i was thinking today to myself... i can't wait for the game because i truly think that they're going to win tonight, and not just tonight, every night... and you have to think the players are thinking that too.. i remember that's how it was in '03, they said they came to the ballpark expecting to win every night.... anyone else have that feeling?

I'm doing some work for a local restaurant around here, which i also work for. The owner is having me do some design stuff such as business cards, flyers, reorganizing and adding/subtracting things to the menu, and as I am about to graduate from UCF with a degree in digital media, i'm wondering what to charge for something like this. should i do it per item, an hourly fee... what do you all suggest or do for yourselves? thanks

what makes everyone think that if we trade for manny ramirez people would show up? i'd love to think that but sell outs? please. the marlins could trade for the pope and people still wouldn't give a sh*t until playoff time, unfortunately. that being said i'd love to see people respond to a commitment from the owner but, i'm not sure that would happen, the past says no.
