Roy Halladay historic postseason no-hitter

Incredible! I mean this guy has absolute ice water running through his veins!

Philly or not, Roy Halladay is a hall of famer and one of my favorite pitchers of all time and I'm proud to say I witnessed his no-hitter tonight!

I don't think any Marlin fan is angered to see Doc throw a no hitter to put the Phillies up 1-0 in the NLDS.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it: I'm not the kind of person that roots for opposing teams...EVER. I'm a sore loser all the time.

I hated the Perfect Game, and didn't care that I was "watching history (I know, go ahead and bash me)."

Right now, I'm rooting for a Reds and Rangers WS (unlikely, I know), and basically, Roy F****** Halladay and his brilliance are the bane of my existence whether he's playing my team or not!!!

From the Mets fansite NoNoHitters.com:

Really Halladay? Are you kidding? First postseason game and the Mets can’t do 7,806 regular season ones?

The funniest part is the guy with the most no-hitters (Nolan Ryan) was drafted by the Mets! :lol

Yeah, just check out the website. They have links to all the guys who left the Mets to throw no-hitters.

Something I'm sure most people knew here but I still think is interesting:

Halladay is also the first pitcher to throw a no-hitter and a perfect game in the same season, and the first starting pitcher in postseason history to get more hits than he allowed -- he hit an RBI single in the second inning.
