It kind of does, yes. Even though I think our bullpen is bad, some guys are worse than others. I'd rather watch Edwin Jackson pitch in a meaningful situation as opposed to Breslow. The only good thing about the bullpen is that guys can go multiple innings so I don't know why he's using the pen this way. Also, when we're down by 3 (not high-leverage), that's when the worst relievers should be in. Edwin Jackson and Dustin McGowan aren't our worst relievers, and, yes, I agree that is sad, but still.
