July 30, 20169 yr I had a 20 minute convo with Ricky once, it was impromptu. We were both waiting for the valet to bring the cars at the same time and it was taking longer than expected. He's a very down to earth nice guy. I want to see him succeed again and he has friends/family in Miami as well as a winning team he can be a part of. Bring him home. I concur...do it...do it!
July 30, 20169 yr Im so mad about the trade but ill still roll on the floor laughing if Rea pitches somewhere near a gem.
July 30, 20169 yr The worst thing about trading Capps is that they sold low on him. I hope they trade Ozuna in the off-season so they can sell high on him. Yeah I (and others here) kept saying for weeks they shouldn't deal Carter because it'd be selling low on him. Dumb dumb dumb move and possibly because they felt like being cheap fucks.
July 30, 20169 yr Just think, @pollyvonwog stayed a fan after Paddack was dealt but this deal ended his fandom here. That's how shitty it was.
July 30, 20169 yr Still waiting to hear some bench player rumblings... Its a bench player, won't be too exciting regardless.
July 30, 20169 yr Its a bench player, won't be too exciting regardless. I guess that move can happen during the waiver trade deadline depending on need/injuries.
July 30, 20169 yr Man Ricky coming back would be awesome, more for nostalgia than anything but I can't say it would be much worse then what we have.

July 30, 20169 yr Author I was opposed to Ricky coming back but after yesterday's trade it might not be the worst. We probably won't get any better so in a sense he'd be an upgrade over Rea by default so now I'm intrigued.
July 31, 20169 yr The worst thing about trading Capps is that they sold low on him. I hope they trade Ozuna in the off-season so they can sell high on him. Or Ramos
July 31, 20169 yr Right elbow soreness... Really :221_see_no_evil: :221_see_no_evil: So one swing strike out pitch resulted in this "ELBOW SORENESS" !?
July 31, 20169 yr Loria was gone from like the 3rd inning to the 7th. Moves on the way? Yeah he was buying a Picasso with the 2.5 million we got from San Diego.

Under his current username or a new one. Being a Marlins fan is often a very miserable existence. No way someone endures that much pain and then doesn't rejoice at the end of a playoff drought.

July 31, 20169 yr I still don't believe it. Did he say he was leaving the site? He was here as recently as yesterday, so I'm pretty sure he's not leaving.
July 31, 20169 yr Loria was gone from like the 3rd inning to the 7th. Moves on the way? No,he was just constipated during those five innings.
July 31, 20169 yr He was here as recently as yesterday, so I'm pretty sure he's not leaving. Polly's gone guys. It's understandable too, until Loria is gone a lot more fans are going to jump ship.
