July 18, 20224 yr I kinda like it. Young pitching is the most valuable thing to have. Sure could make it easier to trade a few for proven bats as @pollythewog said.

This draft was especially deep on high end pitching too which probably part of it. they’ve been able to consistently churn out great home grown pitching might as well play to their strengths. Revamping their entire hitting instructors would take years to know if it’s working where they already have ample evidence they can make great pitchers
