give me some speedy dudes who can get hits and steal bases and intersperse that lineup with 2-3 guys who can hit 20+ home runs a year and i'll give you a fun and productive lineup.  so fucking sick of building around .220 hitters who MIGHT hit 20 homeruns and clog the basepaths because they're turtle slow.  also, if you have a guy with zero power, he better be able to at least hit or have some serious wheels in order to remain on the team.  I'm looking at you Stallings.

sorry I guess Avisail Garcia isnt a 1b/dh type, but more like a corner OF who just doesnt care. 

Kim probably still believes this is a top half to top third offense that is just unlucky.

and that's really sad isn't it?  I mean message boards are full of shitposting and people will agree/disagree but i do believe at least 95% of us all thought this was a shit offseason with pointless redundant signings and not really upgrading the lineup.  Literally, every single person on this board could see that BEFORE the season even played out.  Explain to me how a GM is that oblivious?  I don't understand what her plan is and what she thought this lineup would do.  What was she looking at?  Honestly.  What the blue fuck was she actually looking at that made her believe this would be a successful offense?  I don't get it at all. 

So yeah, it's REALLY RARE for an entire board to be united BEFORE a single game is played but we were and meanwhile the GM of a professional team is too ignorant to figure it out.  That's some sad, sad, shit my friends.

Everytime Ng talks she brings up that this team has been unlucky or needs some luck. It makes me feel like they are just going to run it back next year with the same team.
