October 1, 20232 yr This team has so much freaking heart. Truly unbelievable what they have been able to overcome this season. From a pretty lousy start, to Sandy not pitching well early on, to losing a key pitcher in Rogers, to the horrific two month stretch between July and August, to Sandy going down for the season, to Eury going down, to Jazz being in and out of the lineup due to injuries, to Robertson blowing numerous key saves, to Soler and Arraez both getting hurt in the home stretch, to the fiasco at Citi Field... The way they have been able to pick themselves off the mat time and time again this season has been crazy. And even though they are missing numerous key guys going into the playoffs, they might just have enough guts and magic in them to win a series.
