Reyes was out by 50 feet. Stanton looked terrible tonight anyway so likely wouldn't have mattered but that was awful. the only thing I can imagine going on with Coghlan is they want to give the guy one last shot of regular at-bats before they finally just give up on a former rookie of the year... He did make a dynamite catch in center, I'll give him that. Dunno how long you can keep throwing him out there though.

June 13, 201214 yr I'm willing to give Coghlan a pass today for his continued slump since his catch saved 2 runs. That's the same as a 2 run double in the end. Kept us in the game, unfortunately it wound up not mattering though.
June 13, 201214 yr I was traveling so I didn't have a chance to watch the game but I just had a feeling we lost a close game. I get home and I see 2-1. There goes any momentum as the nationals win putting us 6 back!! Taking the series tomorrow is a must and man do I feel bad for buehrle.
